Solect is currently seeking a full time Sr. Solar Platform Analyst physically located in Hopkinton, MA. whose primary role is an integral member of the Information Systems &Technology team. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining solar production data feeds, identification and implementation of performance metrics, data manipulation, load and report preparation tasks. Serves as the custodian for all production related data in the Solect Energy Portfolio.

Key Functions

• Monitors data feeds. Ensures successful daily movement of solar array production data (great opportunity to offer and implement process automation ideas).
• Works closely and collaborates with our Case Management team to furnish Field Service Technicians with information that will help remediate issues as efficiently as possible.
• Uses technical skills to perform Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) routines that enable our reporting and analytic environments
• Envision and create innovations and automations to better support business and analytic processes
• Manage and help build out technical environments SalesForce, Azure and others. Assists with the design and build out of these environments to provide greater process efficiency while also being a data hub that drives day to day decisions.
• Brings new ideas and process improvement recommendations to the table and implements them.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills - Both Written and Oral
• Strong Analytical Skills - you must be a good problem solver to succeed in this role
• Solid technical skills - Excel, SalesForce, SQL, R, Python
• High level of professionalism and a positive demeanor
• Experience developing and performing ETL routines
• Knowledge of solar technologies, incentives and industry is a strong plus
• BS/BA required

Special Position Requirements

• Travel this position is locally based and no regular travel is required - other than occasional training or conferences.

• Office presence complying with company standard office hours will be required.
