One Line Job Description: Provides quality childcare to Pantano families.

• Responsible for providing age-appropriate care of Ages 0-12 years.
• Must be comfortable changing diapers or helping with potty training children.
• Maintaining a safe environment following all Covid safety policies in place.
• Cheerfully interacting with children through games, stories, play and prayer. 
• Able to perform touchless check in system on an Ipad 
• Be polite, friendly and courteous to all children, parents and volunteers. 
• Arrive at your scheduled time
• Rooms will be left in ready to use condition and sanitized
• Attend all training provided by Pantano Church
• Report an update of and issues or concerns each shift to the Childcare Coordinator.  Complete an injury form if required.
• Follow all Pantano Childcare policies

• Familiar with and comfortable caring for small children, and possesses good judgment and communication skills 
• Excellent classroom management skills 
• Prior experience working with mixed ages of children
• Must be 16 years age or older
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with Ipads and label printers 
• Ability to work productively without direct supervision
• Ability to work well and collaborate with team members, volunteers, and other staff
• Ability to check email often as well as text messaging 
• CPR and First Aid Training must be completed within a reasonable time period of hire.
