Position Summary

Position Summary

The Measurement & Attribution Business Developer, through business prospecting and demand creation efforts, will uncover new opportunities, gain access to C-Level decision makers, effectively guide the client through a highly defined sales process, negotiate and close the sale.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new Measurement sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients resulting in profitable revenue and superior client satisfaction.  This includes leading sales calls, virtual meetings, product demos, negotiation, and the signing of deals with media companies, advertisers, and agencies.
  • Proactively monitor accounts and determine avenues for account growth, including new business, upsell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Effectively deliver Claritas Sales pitch to current and prospective Measurement clients, explaining value proposition and outlining key differentiators.
  • Effectively and accurately utilize CRM (Salesforce) to input, track and evaluate progress against Sales goals.
  • Lead contract negotiations for new business.
  • Analyze and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Engage with Delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of overall solution.
  • Act as a leader with a “Team First” attitude and help wherever needed, even if outside core scope of responsibilities.

  • Bachelors’ degree and/or minimum of 5 years of solution selling experience
  • Demonstrated success in selling campaign measurement, attribution, and optimization of related solutions.
  • Experience across multiple digital channels (display, video, mobile, search, social), digital audio (streaming and podcasts), and advanced TV (OTT, CTV, etc.).
  • A strong understanding of the internet advertising ecosystem with a passion for measurement and reporting solutions based on advertising KPIs.
  • Experience managing multiple account and success is selling across multiple lines of business.
  • Experience calling on all levels of client organizations, including senior level executives at media companies, advertisers, and agencies.
  • Demonstrated experience and success working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and closing complex deals.
  • Strong domain expertise around demand creation, lead generation through business prospecting, technical selling, and account planning.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: conversational style with ability to ask the right questions to aid in solving clients’ measurement goals and challenges.
  • Demonstrated resilience, positivity, and creativity to gain commitments over challenging sales cycles.
  • Collaborative style with demonstrated success working across multiple stakeholders.
