- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficient with communication tools, such as Microsoft SharePoint, Teams
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of executive level meetings
- Excellent project management skills, ability to prioritize and use time efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders through strong people skills
- Ability to effectively manage and adapt to a changing environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, objective decision-making, and act with integrity

- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality managing sensitive issues and information
COMPENSATION
The full salary range for this position is $50,000 - $62,000 - $74,400. Also 14 days of annual vacation leave; additional paid holiday leave the week between Christmas and the New Year; 16 weeks of paid parental leave for those w/ EJW 6 months or more; excellent medical and dental insurance with Equal Justice Works paying 100% for employee premiums and 75% for dependent premiums; and a $1000 professional development stipend per year are additional benefits.
