Reporting to the Sales Coordinator or Vice President Sales & Marketing, this position will track and pursue job leads within the Sales Department as well as interacting with other departments through various communications.
Essential Duties:
- Sells and actively seeks future work through lead generating systems
- Supports active and prospective accounts via office, providing timely responses
- Supports Account Managers with project and customer leads, follow up information and customerservice, through developing and maintaining relationships, and utilizing project lead services
- Maintenance of bidding and project tracking computer system
- Partners with the Estimating Department to provide pricing to customer.
- Coordinates pricing efforts for target projects
- Partners with Product Sales Operations to execute sales quotes/orders
- Supports sales / marketing programs
- Supports Account Managers with various requests
- Supports special projects
