We have many project/program managers supporting clients on exciting projects/programs throughout Southern California and throughout the Unites States.  Location can be flexible throughout Southern California. 

Primary Duties: 

  • Under the Project/Program Manager, candidate would manage non-technical aspects of projects, internal teams, subconsultants, contracts, etc.
  • Lead role to assist project managers in meeting client and stakeholder expectations and building project consensus.
  • Track and manage the oversight of engineering project design/program management to meet the schedule, budget, and scope – internal team and subconsultants.
  • Manage non-technical aspects of cost and schedule data, reports, and scope changes.
  • Manage non-technical aspects of contract task orders, change orders, expiration dates, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Coordinate project meetings and manage the follow up process/resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Management and Leadership experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, management, and subconsultants to successfully meet shifting needs.
  • Independent working style with a go-getter mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-15 years of experience in the engineering industry for Transportation/Civil projects.
  • PMP
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 programs and applications.
