Job Duties/Responsibilities:

The contractor shall be knowledgeable and trained to accomplish the following duties:
Duty 1: Provide logistical support. Provides support for logistics personnel with shipping and receiving locational data for JTAC Simulator and associated systems equipment.
Duty 2: Evaluate ST and JTAC simulator advanced technologies (hardware and software) to include analysis of end-to-end performance. Key performance factor to evaluate ST and JTAC simulator systems and associated advanced technologies for deficiencies and where possible, provide solutions based on unit operator inputs and operational experiences from supported squadrons.
Duty 3: Gather and provide user/warfighter feedback and lessons learned for future development and research into ST systems to answer fielding issues. Compile valuable feedback from supported squadron users/warfighters based on lessons learned from JTAC simulator, training, and wartime experiences.
Duty 4: Develop training material and provide on-site training and instruction for ST and JTAC simulator hardware and/or software equipment and/or technologies. Key performance factor; develop training material for use in ST advanced technologies and JTAC simulators based on the Instructional Systems Design concepts that permit operators to gain expertise in all facets of the emerging systems, to include step by step instruction on all functions for both field and simulator use.
Duty 5: Operate advanced hardware/software for current and future ST and JTAC related tasks and equipment. Key performance factor; function as system SME support for all ST advanced technologies and act as a clearing house for operator feedback and improvement suggestions and advise headquarters on technical solutions.



Clearance Required: Secret

The contractor shall possess knowledge, skills, and abilities as follows:

Combat Control Team experience a must.
Knowledge in all duties related to JTAC and Joint fires skills to include current/past qualification as JTAC with at least 6 years of experience. Experience as a JTAC Instructor or JTAC SEE preferred. Knowledge of Digitally Aided CAS (DACAS) and data link systems to include VMF, SADL, Link-16. Must have Combat Controller experience
Knowledge of computer systems and other advanced integrated architecture to perform duties without assistance from outside agencies and possess advanced technical knowledge necessary to solve the complex problems required to perform in complex and dynamic environments.
Knowledge of agency, federal and international requirements for hazardous and non-hazardous materials and items.
Ability to prepare paperwork required for documenting all training and evaluations used for or within JTAC simulator use periods.
Ability to work closely with others and follow written and/or oral instructions.
