Clearance Required: Secret
The contractor shall possess knowledge, skills, and abilities as follows:
Knowledge in all duties related to JTAC and Joint fires skills to include current/past qualification as JTAC with at least 6 years of experience. Experience as a JTAC Instructor or JTAC SEE preferred. Knowledge of Digitally Aided CAS (DACAS) and data link systems to include VMF, SADL, Link-16.
Knowledge of computer systems and other advanced integrated architecture to perform duties without assistance from outside agencies and possess advanced technical knowledge necessary to solve the complex problems required to perform in complex and dynamic environments.
Knowledge of agency, federal and international requirements for hazardous and non-hazardous materials and items.
Ability to prepare paperwork required for documenting all training and evaluations used for or within JTAC simulator use periods.
Ability to work closely with others and follow written and/or oral instructions.
