This position is responsible for:
- Establishing, managing, and delivering on Wine & Spirits suppliers with Lakeshore Beverage sales team in the Off Premise independent package liquor segment
- Establish Wine & Spirits Portfolio programming that is ‘ahead of the curve’
- Lead weekly KPI routine with wholesaler sales team (distribution, displays, activation)
- Provide significant feedback to supplier partners
- Day to day responsibilities include:
- Manage targeted account list
- Develop relationships with key account gatekeepers
- Achieving or exceeding monthly sales & distribution goals
- New product launch strategy and execution
- Key account calls to sell-in new distribution and programming
- Assist with inventory and forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure programs and initiatives are well communicated
- Assist in the Training and Development of the Sales and Management Team
- Conduct ride-withs with sales team
- Host in-house training sessions
- Execute retailer trainings
Successful candidates must possess the following:
- The ability to work in a team setting
- Advanced knowledge of Wine & Spirits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the alcohol industry
A Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required for an otherwise-qualified candidate.
