We are looking to add a new member to our HR team!

Who we are:

We are a comprehensive behavioral health agency providing behavioral health, integrated medical, crisis and numerous other service programs experiencing rapid growth. We are approaching 1,000 employees working to serve Oklahoma in 12 counties (Craig, Delaware, Kay, Mayes, Noble, Nowata, Ottawa, Osage, Pawnee, Payne, Rogers, Washington). This position may have flexible arrangements with a blended work experience of remote and onsite work from an office in our service area.


What we are looking for:

  • A professional recruiter with 4+ years of experience who is well versed in the following:
    • Fostering high-touch relationships with qualified active and passive talent to reach out to as positions become available.
    • Getting feedback from hiring managers on their hiring needs, communicating those needs and/or making appropriate recommendations in order to best fill agency positions.
    • Utilizing various candidate sourcing methods to best find the talent needed for job openings
    • Analyze recruiting metrics to aid in developing and revising agency recruiting strategies to effectively and efficiently fill future job openings.
  • Person of integrity who is trustworthy and dependable
  • Caring and compassionate person who is service-oriented.
  • Someone with a positive attitude who is not adverse to and can adapt to change.
  • Will take the initiative to learn and grow in knowledge of this role and the agency as a whole.
  • Technologically savvy with experience utilizing an applicant tracking system and proficient in Microsoft Office Computer Applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field of study required. Would consider a combination of education and experience, if work experience is significant and aligns with needs of our Agency. Valid driver's license required.
