Reporting to the CRO, the Vice President of Engagement will be responsible for the continuous development of MIND’s marketing strategies as well as contributing to our organizational planning process. You will lead a team in the development and execution of inbound/outbound marketing plans, lead generation and qualification plans, and activities that promote, enhance, and protect the organization's brand.
The VP of Engagement will be an ambassador for the organization and will need to build relationships with the media, educational influencers and advocates, administrators, and philanthropic partners.

- continue to develop and enhance MIND’s long-term brand identity.
- continue to develop and implement integrated and strategic marketing plans to advance our identity, broaden awareness of MIND’s programs and priorities, and instigate action across key stakeholder audiences to advance our mission.
