SUMMARY:  Provide excellent service and support as an integral part of the IRA & HSA Operations Department. Position has the option to work out of our Lacey, Aberdeen or Mountlake Terrace Admin Offices. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Ensure IRA and HSA related daily processes and procedures are complete and in compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Main Support Contact for all Retail Branches regarding questions, policies, and procedures
  • Monitors and reviews all daily IRA and HSA transactions for accuracy, ensures all annual reporting is accurate and timely
  • Monitor all IRA and HSA core system reports to ensure system accuracy, branch accuracy and compliance accuracy
  • Ensure all IRS required customer notices are reviewed completed and mailed in a timely matter
  • Utilize Ascensus for daily transaction questions and compliance issues
  • Centralized point of contact for establishing all new HSA accounts, ongoing maintenance and customer questions.
  • May accompany Relationship Manager on business calls to assist in communication of HSA offering to business client’s employees
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years IRA processing or support for a financial institution
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and manage competing deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Must be detail-oriented while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and flexibility in performing tasks
  • Must be able to embrace and quickly adapt to change as a result of internal, market or regulatory policy changes
  • Strong team player with excellent communications skills

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be skilled in Microsoft Office Products, have 45+ WPM typing speed and 10-key experience.
