We are looking for a dedicated and driven Senior Manager, Product Marketing & Innovation to join our incredible team! This role is an integral part of the Marketing team and will require someone with demonstrated experience of evaluating current market trends with skills digging into consumer insight analysis. 


Role Description 

You’ll manage strategy and execution for all innovation and renovation product launches, core to our growth strategy. You will oversee the entire launch lifecycle - from ideating on exciting new product concepts and categories to providing input on the formulation and R&D process, developing positioning and storytelling for new products, creating compelling and innovative launch tactics, and collaborating with marketing channel owners to bring your vision to life. This position is highly strategic and cross-functional, giving you the opportunity to have a meaningful impact and visibility to Senior Leadership. You will apply a comprehensive set of marketing skills, including: analysis and insight, strategy, ideation, planning and presentation, and monitoring and performance reporting to marketing challenges in the following focused areas discussed in “Responsibilities.” 



  • Gathering, maintaining and communicating market trends, competitive activity and consumer insight analysis. Identify innovation and renovation market needs and opportunities.

  • Develops robust & viable innovation, line extension and renovation product pipeline roadmap, product requirements documents, and gains Senior Leadership approval.

  • Works with coordinating cross-functional partners to create and implement a decisive project plan and strategy from product development to launch.

  • Spearheads product formulation benchmarks/requirements, packaging design, pricing/P&L, positioning and commercial go-to-market launch plan.

  • Manage and execute brand-initiated product and packaging changes.

  • Define the positioning and packaging for all of our products, based on competitive intelligence, the features and benefits of our products and unique consumer insights

  • Develops and implements an omni-channel pricing strategy with cross-functional partners taking into consideration sales channels, buyer segments, our desired unit economics, competitive dynamics, revenue and profitability goals.

  • Identifies and recommends the go-to-market product strategy, promotional calendar and merchandising programs.

  • Develops and keeps product content up to date for e-commerce and brick-and-morter retailers. Includes but not limited to (product page content and store locator), Amazon and other sites.

  • Creates and manages brand/product and promotional collaterals/assets and assists with retailer presentations.

  • Ability to launch international product expansions by managing and executing product packaging, asset and content development.

  • Helps managing the budget for market research, advertising and promotional items

  • Measure and report performance of product marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs. Analysis and reporting of product sales, sales forecasts and relevant financials.

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field required, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years consumer packaged goods (CPG) / Food and Beverage industry experience in Marketing with track record of success launching new products/brands.
  • Strong skill set: business presentations, analytics, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Demonstrated expertise with Google docs...Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are required
  • Understands and is able to interpret AC Nielsen, SPINS, IRI, Household Panel and internal business/financial data.
