Education:
- Related Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
- Customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of technology used in conjunction with our equipment including, but not limited to, Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe creative suite, Google docs, Google drive, MAC applications
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Capable of learning new technology applications quickly.
- Ability to interact with customers and end-users on daily basis in a professional manner.
Physical Demands: be able to push, pull, or carry up to 30 pounds occasionally.
Work Environment: office setting with minimal distractions
Travel Required: No travel required, must maintain a valid drivers license
