The role of the Construction Services Group / Sales Support Administrator (CSG/SSA) is to support and facilitate timely completion of all presales activities to enable new business development and execution on contracts. Additionally, the CSG/SSA position will provide administrative support to CSG personnel located at 45 South Street as well as 89 Hayden Rowe St., Hopkinton, Ma.
Key Functions
- Working in tandem with outside sales, ensure all required documents are prepared to facilitate contract execution, and ownership of the process of maintaining/storing of signed contracts.
- Assist Sales and CSG personnel with contract redline revisions
- Track, monitor and accelerate the execution and completion of required documentation in advance of entering backlog
- Ensure all required collateral materials are accurate, adequately available, and current with all requirements
- Provide appropriate clerical assistance to expedite completion of Request For Proposals on time
- Assist Business Development Managers to maintain Salesforce opportunities for clear, accurate and concise monthly reporting
- Apply for FAA permits when required
- Assist with printing plan documents, building permit packets, etc.
- Assist with coordinating and collating copies as needed
- Coordinate check distributions to municipalities across the state for building permits and with utilities for Interconnect Applications (IAs)
- Coordinate structural visits and corresponding document needs
- Prepare and collate Operations & Maintenance manuals (O&M) in advance of customer transition meetings
- Upload key documents to online repositories when needed
