Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional as a Task Force Operations Manager.  As a Task Force Manager this position will work in concert with Property Leaders and the Regional Team to help us craft inspired workplaces that enable our Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! This could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a growing and exciting hotel management company!

Primary responsibilities for position will be focused on routine operational tasks and supervising others in their operational assignments. Ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising operating departments in the absence of the General Manager and/or the Manager on Duty. This individual may assist the General Manager by continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation cost control guest satisfaction and development of associates.  The Leader may function to support a number of areas at the property including: Front Office, Housekeeping F&B and Maintenance and act as MOD depending upon assignment.  Travel is up to 90% of the time for this position.  This position will be remote and based within Southern California.    

Qualifications, Perks and Company Information

Qualifications should include:

  • At least 3 years experience in a Rooms or F&B department within Hotel; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 to 2 years' experience in a Rooms or F&B department at a Hotel; or a 2-year college degree and at least 2 years of experience in a Rooms or F&B department at a Hotel.
  • Previous management experience required.
  • Familiar with inner workings of select service properties within a selection of Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Choice brands.  
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary.
  • Excellent guest service attitude and the ability to positively motivate associates
