Wage/Group: Hourly, Group III or IV,  Tips OK

Reports to: Hampton Lodge Lead & Food and Beverage Manager

Pay Range: $15.74 - $16.42/hr

Supervises: N/A

Status: Seasonal, Six Month (Nov-April), Full-Time

Responsible for handling the beverage and food needs of the Hampton Lodge guests.  Offer the highest quality product with exceptional service for a reasonable price.  Complete guest satisfaction is the ultimate goal.  The atmosphere is a team directed and supportive environment.  This person should be able to work in a busy, fast paced environment under some pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional guest service at all times.



  • Suggestive sales of products offered to the guest.

  • Service of alcohol and non-alcohol drinks, and food to patrons of Hampton Lodge.

  • Servers of alcohol must be a minimum of 21 years of age, and have a keen ability 

  • To monitor guests and their alcohol consumption.

  • Collect money for drinks and food served and make change.  

  • Balance cash received with sales at the end of the shift.  

  • Knowledge of Regional beers and ales.  

  • Bussing and dishwashing of glassware.  

  • Food preparation.

  • End of shift clean-up. 



Knowledge of alcohol awareness, bar service equipment and products.  Exceptional money handling skills. Guest service oriented.  A Washington State Health District Food Service Permit and a Class 12 Servers Permit are required.
