HAMPTON LODGE SERVER JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for handling the beverage and food needs of the Hampton Lodge guests. Offer the highest quality product with exceptional service for a reasonable price. Complete guest satisfaction is the ultimate goal. The atmosphere is a team directed and supportive environment. This person should be able to work in a busy, fast paced environment under some pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional guest service at all times.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS:
Suggestive sales of products offered to the guest.
Service of alcohol and non-alcohol drinks, and food to patrons of Hampton Lodge.
Servers of alcohol must be a minimum of 21 years of age, and have a keen ability
To monitor guests and their alcohol consumption.
Collect money for drinks and food served and make change.
Balance cash received with sales at the end of the shift.
Knowledge of Regional beers and ales.
Bussing and dishwashing of glassware.
End of shift clean-up.
