As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs. This person will carry out construction, remodeling, and renovation projects as assigned by the Facilities Manager.


Shift Schedule


Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM plus a rotating on-call schedule.



  • Perform general repair and maintenance in the following areas: Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, sheetrock repair, flooring, HVAC systems, and refrigeration systems.
  • Able to perform remodeling and new construction projects as assigned by the Facilities manager.
  • Work independently and as a Facilities team member completing assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Carry out any other department duties as assigned by supervisor, such as janitorial, landscaping and ,minor vehicle maintenance.
  • Required to be on-call one week per month.
  • Attend and participate in all Mission, Division, and Department meetings and trainings, as required.
  • Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience


3+ years of experience required performing semi-skilled and general labor work in the following areas: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, concrete work, general maintenance, and construction work.


Excellent repair and maintenance experience to be able to perform essential job duties required in a proficient manner.

The ability to work both independently and as a team to provide quality workmanship and customer service is required.

  • Clean driving record
  • No current suspensions or revocations
  • At least 21 years of age


Work Environment


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand or move around for long periods of time.  Regularly be required to lift, sit, balance, twist, stoop, kneel and reach with hands/arms.  Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and walk, use stairways to climb to multiple floors within the company.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.




This position is subject to a pre-employment background check and must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen including THC.
