HR Generalist/HR Rep
We are looking to add a new member to our HR team!
Who we are:
We are a comprehensive and innovative Certified Community Behavioral Health Center with over 1,300 employees working to serve 12 counties in Northeast and Northcentral Oklahoma. We are open to the right candidate officing out of any of the following locations: Nowata, Stillwater or Claremore
What we are looking for:
- An HR Generalist who has 2-5 years of experience in some or all the areas of HR listed below:
- Benefits – providing education and answering employee questions.
- Employee Relation - grievances, investigations, employee check-ins
- Interviewing - preferred experience in this area
- Training & Development
- Person of integrity who is trustworthy and dependable.
- Caring and compassionate person who is service-oriented.
- Someone with a positive attitude who is not afraid of and can adapt to change.
- Will take the initiative to learn and grow in knowledge of this role and the agency.
- Technologically savvy with experience working with databases and Microsoft Office Computer Applications.
