Job Summary:

 

The Digital Marketing Associate will provide day-to-day support to the Flaherty & Collins Properties Marketing Department. The Digital Marketing Associate will assist in the planning, implementing, and monitoring of Digital Marketing Campaigns across all F&C digital networks, with the goal of helping to grow our brand’s influence, while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess goals (ROI’s)
  • Assist in the planning and execution of all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns for Flaherty & Collins Properties communities and third-party fee managed properties
  • Assist in the designing, building, and maintaining of the company social media platforms and presence
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect company and individual property website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
  • Oversee online reputation management (Google, Yelp) respond to reviews, track key metrics around online reputation
  • Manage property specific websites as key point of contact for vendors and management team members
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
  • Monitor and manage key online marketing metrics to track success such as Google reviews, Yelp reviews, and ORA scoring
  • Partner with Training Department to create robust training on digital marketing and importance of online reputation management for site team members
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate customer/resident digital experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Assist the Marketing Department in evaluating emerging technologies
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Create, maintain and serve as key point of contact for client/vendor relationships
Qualifications

Experience/Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, and/or 2+ years of equivalent experience
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrated experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landings pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website and Marketing Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Highly creative, with excellent analytical skills
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
