SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of procedural and product documentation utilized by the Special Services and Digital teams while assisting with the optimization of internal operational processes. To be successful in this position, you must have a keen eye for procedural inefficiencies, a think outside the box approach to optimizing processes, and incredibly strong written and oral communication skills.


  • Completes activities that ensure team service level commitments (SLC) of providing efficient, courteous support to both internal and external customers are achieved.
  • Creates and maintains procedures, reference documents, and training material so processes are accurate, in compliance, and improve overall operational efficiencies and the customer experience.
  • Responsible for coordinating new Digital Products and Special Services employee onboarding training activities.
  • Participates in Digital Vendor Management related assignments and system implementations.
  • Proactively assists with outstanding project and departmental tasks that further the objectives of both the Special Services and Digital teams.
  • Operates in conjunction with Product Owners and other Digital team members to ensure that documentation and procedures reflect the most current product offerings and enhancements.
  • Collaborates on the construction of product specific risk assessments and audit responses.
  • Acts as relief to other Special Services and Digital staff as needed by assisting in the Special Services phone queue, responding to internal and external email requests, and coordinating tasks with Special Services team members to ensure SLC timelines are adhered to.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of Retail Banking of Operational Support
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office products


To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products, have 45+ WPM typing speed, and 10-key experience.
