Job Description

One Line Job Description: Lead Pantan's communications in crafting creative, engaging, and consistent branding representing Pantan's vision and values.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Communications staff to develop and maintain online brand standards (Online kids, students, campus, etc.) that are in line with Pantano’s overall branding
  • Oversee creative & content structure of Pantano website platform (multi-site)
  • Manage & process all communication requests
    • Organize & approve content based on the current church-wide calendar, ministry needs & events
  • Oversee & give creative direction to graphic designs (web & print graphics)
    •  Assist in creating graphics 
  • Ensure consistency of Pantano branding across each ministry
  • Oversee all social media platforms across all campuses
  • Establish and maintain communication guidelines and matrix for Pantano
  • Develop a volunteer team as needed
  • Leverage marketing and Social Media connections to create engaging steps with our church
  • Collaborate with Digital ministry Director to connect all Pantano ministries with online attendees/guests

Other Duties

  • Participate in all creative/logistical meetings for series & special event planning
  • Work assigned duties during All Hands On Deck events such as Christmas and Easter services
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
  • Active “All In Partner” at Pantano Christian Church
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Office-related computer skills, including experience with common office software/programs and online applications
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Word & Excel
  • Ability to effectively utilize online communication, email & calendar tools
  • Ability to work productively without direct supervision
  • Ability to work well & collaborate with team members, volunteers & other staff
  • Ability to define & work to deadlines
  • A comprehensive understanding of social media networks & platforms, including increasing engagement from the audience
  • Familiarity with general design principles, trends & website design as well as WordPress & Adobe Creative Suite
  • A comprehensive understanding of great customer service principles & strategies
  • Demonstrated success in leading staff & volunteers as well as developing & growing teams
