Role Summary
The Project Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the Consulting team by ensuring all projects remain on time and on budget, are tracked and monitored daily, maintain the library of consulting materials, and take project management responsibility for all Consulting team Scope of Work documents as well as companywide RFP responses.
In addition, this role may also work directly on client facing projects as a Project Manager for technology consulting engagements as needed.
Role Requirements
- Ensure that all active projects are on time and on budget
- Act as Workfront Admin and run reports
- Support all project deliverables as requested
- NPS score manager for all projects
- Partner Pulse and Surveys for all projects that require them
- Own In House Industry Report than occurs annually
- Financial interface for external consultants billing
- Invoicing and Billing support for all projects at month end
- Own onboarding for all new external consultants and aligning them with client projects
- Onboarding clients to new engagements and managing introductions to their team as well as kick off instructions and expectations
- Maintain and manage Presidents club team member eligibility and partner with corporate to provide data and reports
- Update and maintain content library with most recent versions of content
- Own, maintain and distribute team SLAs and SOPs
- Maintain regular touchpoints and interactions with all consultants to ensure processes and communication flows operate as they’re designed to, optimizing for efficiency as needed
- Assist with the logistical coordination responsibilities in support of day to day team-specific initiatives
- Partner with sales to ensure Consulting team deliverables are on time and provide updates related to client required documentation
- Create timelines for presentation materials, coordinate internally to track delivery status, communicate status to stakeholders, and manage final assets
Competencies
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to the allocated budget
- Superior communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Extremely efficient with an attention to detail
- Adept at PowerPoint, Word, Excel and LucidChart
- Experience as a Workfront power user
- Ability to self-manage workload and daily plans
- Works well with individuals at all levels of an organization
Education/Professional Experience Requirements:
- Two – five years’ experience as a technical project manager
- Must show initiative and be able to work independently as needed
