Job Summary

We are looking for a licensed Funeral Director who shares our Core Values of Excellence, Trust, Care and Growth to assist families in honoring their loved ones.

The Area Manager leads the operations for multiple funeral homes in one geographic area at the highest levels of customer service and business excellence. Their most important responsibilities include ensuring family satisfaction, creating a positive working environment for associates and maximizing profitability for their market.

Successful leaders are great communicators and treat families, decedents, colleagues and members of the community with dignity and respect. They maintain positive working relationships with team members, Home Office associates and leadership.

And of course, we expect everyone on our team to work in a safe and organized manner, abiding by OSHA, state and local regulations as well as company policies. We pride ourselves on our well-kept facilities and grounds, and everyone does their part to keep them in family-ready condition.

Educational, Licensure and Skill Requirements

Qualified applicants will hold and maintain a Funeral Director license that is valid in our area (or possess the ability to reciprocate), have a minimum of five years of experience in this area, have passed the National Board Exam and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
