Summary of Position

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for fulfilling the vision of Summit Church through administrative, operational, and logistical support of the Summit Church Alamance County Campus. 


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Administrative gifting; strong organizational skills, detail-oriented

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Gifted in data entry and tracking

  • Self-starter

  • Discretion in handling personal and/or confidential information

  • Ability to multi-task numerous projects

  • Proficient in Google Apps and Microsoft Office

  • Team player and willing to assist when needed

  • A member of The Summit Church or willing and able to become a member



  • Ordering campus supplies / resources for all ministries 

  • Regular data input from First Time Guests, Starting Point, Grouplink, Baptism, etc

  • Campus communication management via the Rock

  • Directing social media campus accounts

  • Facility requests and calendar management

  • Assembling the campus mailbox weekly with materials needed by each team

  • Participating in weekly campus and all staff meetings

  • Other support for the Campus Pastor including calendar management and financial reconciliations

  • Media requests and printing
