SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting with loan servicing projects and administrative activities for the Bank. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual who shares our vision to “wow” customers with exceptional customer service and come to work every day with a positive, can-do attitude, provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers and work together with other team members to ensure all department responsibilities are completed daily.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • File loan documents
  • Prepare and scan loan documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and internal department interaction
  • Perform Microsoft Word mail merges
  • Run report and pull paid in full loan files from file room for Loan Operations Team
  • Assist manager with research and projects related to Loan Operations Team
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision and in a fast paced team environment
  • Proficient with MS Office products
  • Ability to prioritize competing projects, tasks and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Must be detail oriented while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and flexibility in performing tasks
  • Strong organization skills
  • Self-directed

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software.
