Position Summary

Provide support for managing and resolving user support requests as a creative problem solver taking ownership and responsibility of incidents including responding, reporting, researching, documenting, resolving and/or escalating incidents accurately and completely.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Product deployment and tenant administration for Office 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, etc.)
  • Document and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM:
    • Understand and implement business workflows, processes, and produce tailored reports
    • Support data integrity - record import and duplicate detection
    • Administer CRM security rights and user/group roles across all business lines
  • Document all new processes and upkeep of current processes
  • Provide technical support for all support tickets and calls related to assigned systems
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Experience and Education

  • One to three years of experience delivering customer support in a tech support environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Experience with CRM applications (MS Dynamics 365 and SharePoint preferred)
  • Understanding of Microsoft databases and the ability to import data into CRM
  • Basic understanding of web-based technologies (Web/HTML knowledge preferred)
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange server preferred
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on customer needs, their critical business cycles and schedules, have committed follow through, and consistently keep commitments to customers and employees
  • Proven ability to work successfully both within a team and on an individual basis
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple projects and manage simultaneous priorities in a self-directed manner

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Employee is regularly required to walk, sit, use hands and fingers, talk and hear
  • Essential duties require the use of computers to process information
  • The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to read at close range and distinguish colors and contrasts
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds
