The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for managing BBOKs marketing communications strategy to support the banks growth and retention goals. Key responsibilities include developing communication plan for customer banks, advertising, branding, product promotion and sales support, and events. Provides direct support for customer newsletters, content development, bank products and services collateral, intranet, training materials, website, social media, project communications, and event logistics. Operational hours are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in a normal office environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promotes consistency in the BBOK brand and voice through all communications and materials.
  • Develops and executes a multi-media marketing communications strategy/calendar to include: website content, social media content, customer newsletters, and video.
  • Creates and maintains sales presentation materials and provides general support for banks sales efforts.
  • Analyzes and reports on KPIs, including campaign outcomes. Continuously evaluates effectiveness of programs.
  • Serves as marketing subject matter expert on BBOK projects to provide communications support, as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a trusted, positive relationship with employees, customers, and vendors by providing exceptional service.
  • Ensures accuracy of customer lists; maintains customer information file.
  • Works closely with Compliance Officer to ensure all materials and communications adhere to all federal rules and regulations, including but not limited to the Truth in Lending Act, Electronic Funds Transfers Act and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (Financial Privacy and Safeguard Rules), Identity Theft/Red Flag Rules and Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required

2-5 years of experience with communications and/or marketing
