SUMMARY: Responsible for general administrative duties within Consumer Lending department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Promote positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to customers and co-workers. Embraces 1SB Core Values and leads by example.
• Answer incoming phone calls to main line. Assist dealers and branches with general inquiries and refer calls to Analysts/Funders/Account Executives as needed.
• Enter data from applications into a computer based loan origination system.
• Prepare and type correspondence, reports, notices, etc. for the department as needed. Maintain several email queues and direct documents to the appropriate loan team.
• Assist Dealer Support Specialist during the annual Dealer renewal process.
• Create, generate, and review loan documents for customers and dealers; focusing on quality as well as quantity.
• Assist dealer partners in the navigation and usage of the online loan origination system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
