You’re passionate about social media, technology, and digital marketing. You’re self-motivated to stay up on the evolving social media best practices and enjoy collaborating with a team to use social media to drive results for clients. Social media strategists at Two Rivers Marketing use their talents to lead and support organic and paid media strategy and planning. You’ll help the team decide what social media channels are best for each client and know to get maximum results for the client’s budget. You’ll be front- and- center in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing the clients’ social media initiatives.

● Lead or support organic and paid social media strategy and planning across social platforms.
● Oversee social media projects and own the work related to those projects. 
● Manage social media status updates and support strategic conversations and investigation.
● Lead and/or oversee paid social media implementation in collaboration with the media team.
● Oversee social media channel management, including community management support and reporting.
● Provide oversight and serve as an advocate of the brand voice on social media channels through content optimization and moderation activities.
● Lead planning and execution of organic and paid social media initiatives.
● Lead social media reporting and insights for all social media activities.
● Stay up to date on social media trends and platform developments and share findings with internal teams.
● Work with team to continually assess and improve the types and levels of social media marketing services the agency provides.


​​​​​● College degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field is (preferred).
● Minimum of 3–-5 years of agency or marketing-related field experience
● Minimum of 3 years of professional social media experience & social media reporting experience
● A strong understanding of all aspects of social media marketing 
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, time management, and organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
● Ability to think critically and provide strategic recommendations based on social media best practices and trends
● Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
