DISHWASHER JOB SUMMARY:
The work is concentrated indoors at the Hampton Lodge. Cleaning all items that enter the dish pit and restocking them. Complete guest satisfaction is the ultimate goal. To offer the highest quality product with exceptional service. Keeping the Dish pit clean and organized. The atmosphere is a team directed and supportive environment. This person should be able to work in a busy, fast paced environment under some pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional guest service at all times.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS:
Cleaning of all kitchen equipment, pans, plates, silverware.
Keeping the Dish pit clean and organized
Stocking of plates and utensils for kitchen and servers.
Sweeping and mopping the kitchen.
Bringing dishes from the front of the house to the dish pit.
Help in kitchen prep as needed
Back of kitchen snow removal.
A Washington State Health District Food Service Permit is required.
Cleaning Grease trap
Consistent and constant standing and walking while in operation. Guest service communication and employee communication necessary. Receiving deliveries and storing food requires lifting, kneeling, arm reaching and use of hands and fingers. Potential lifting of items up to 50lb
