That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

 

SiteLock is seeking a Channel Operations Specialist to join our organization (COSR). The role’s primary responsibilities focus on supporting the Director of Partner Success in winning, maintaining, educating, and growth expansion within the Channel organizations accounts and prospects. Channel Operations/ Support representatives are responsible for handling tasks assigned by the Director of Partner Success, providing support, training and onboarding to maximize partner revenue. The COSR acts as both a product and project manager for the division servicing as a liaison between the Channel team, partner, and other SiteLock business units.

 

Channel Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

 

  • Scheduling, tracking, and assisting in driving partner deployments
  • Creating concise presentation material for us by the Channel Organization (PowerPoint, Marketing One pagers, etc.)
  • Assisting partners with product knowledge and execution of go to market strategies laid out by the CCO.
  • Provide Director of Partner Success with updated numbers to ensure we are tracking against budget and goals
  • Leverage problem solving skills to respond and follow up on inquiries by email and phone
  • Server as a liaison between the partner and other SiteLock business units to trouble shoot any issues that arise
  • Create and maintain operational processes for the improvement of client onboarding and reporting

 

Channel Operations/Support Accountability and Performance Measures (KPI):

 

  • Assist in achieving strategic channel revenue targets for SiteLock
  • Meet project deadlines and complete assigned task set by Director of Partner Success
  • weekly/monthly partner deployment meetings
  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
  • Effectively address and assign to appropriate functional group channel partner issues that arise

 

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

 

  • 3-5 years of prior channel sales experience with 1-year project or product management experience
  • 3+ years hosting Industry experience
  • 3+ years partner enablement experience in hosting industry
  • Successful track record managing channel relationships
  • Experience in working inter-departmentally to achieve results
  • Ability to identify solutions to problems
  • Ability to use MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Effective project and product management skills
  • Strong organization skills; superior attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to work the required hours of the position
  • Ability to travel if requested and/or required
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills
