Qualifications & Experience
- Masters Degree in a health related area discipline such as Behavioral Health Science (psychology, social work, clinical mental health counselor, etc.)
- Must have any one of the following licensures: LMHC, LMHP, LMFT, LICSW
- Must have experience with populations with Substance Use Disorder, Dual-Diagnosis, and recovery
- CEUs for Clinical Supervision or be willing to obtain and maintain CEUs within reasonable time frame as agreed upon by Director, Behavioral Health and Vice President of Program Services
- Eight plus years progressive responsibility of experience in Clinical and Administrative Management, preferably non-profit settings
- Proficient to advanced computer skills with prior experience working with software like Microsoft Office Suite Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time in a temperature-controlled environment. Occasionally will stand, balance, twist, stoop, kneel and reach with hands/arms. Occasionally lifts up to 20 pounds and walks, use stairways to climb to multiple floors within the company. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
