The People Success Specialist fulfills a vital role within our People Success Team and will execute a large variety of tasks which leads the recruiting, employee/leadership development and training, and retailer/customer Human Resource efforts. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, texting etc. The specialist will create innovative job postings, pre-screen candidates, and provide guidance to the hiring manager during the hiring process by using multiple assessments and tools. The individual may be involved in conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. This individual's work may include handling sensitive or confidential information, in which case the Specialist must exercise restraint and tact. The individual must be able to embrace an ‘ownership thinking’ approach to doing business and be able to perform under limited guidance and tight deadlines.
