Position Summary:

The Manager of Operations will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved to meet our standards for quality, integrity, and efficiency.  The purpose of this position is also to provide day-to-day management of everything from IT operations and logistics, fleet management, facilities operations, negotiations to purchasing.



  • Plans and organizes daily activities related to operations.
  • Oversee all IT, network, and communication systems.
  • Document all operations to ensure that consistent, efficient workflows are in place, yielding optimal productivity and performance.
  • Manage the fleet of vehicles, maintenance schedule, and performance.
  • Responsible for facility management and ensure high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Identify areas of need that will increase communication, productivity, and efficiency of operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all program directors, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
  • Collaborate with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
  • Assists with budget preparation for operations unit.
  • Represent Keshet and its programs in a positive manner to both internal and external contacts.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Management or related field required
  • Three+ years of related experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to use all Microsoft Office programs, including Excel
  • Effective oral and written communication including summary reports
  • New hires need to be fully vaccinated and up to date on their COVID-19 vaccination or provide documentation for an ADA or religious exemption and participate in weekly COVID testing.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
