INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE

The Inside Sales Associate will report to the Inside Sales Manager and work directly with inside sales team, manufacturing, and engineering groups. The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Complete the day-to-day processing
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Update GSS CRM system
• Quote preparation
• Order entry and sales order follow up with customer inquiries
• Quote entry and follow up using GSS CRM tool
• Some international shipping document prep work and working with freight forwarders
• Understands RoMan Sales process

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS office and other computer applications
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
• Intellectual curiosity, strong desire to learn new things
• Works well in a team atmosphere
• Great with time management / adheres to deadlines
• Task oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working experience in a multi-divisional manufacturing environment
• Has previous experience with salesforce.com
• Bilingual in Spanish
