ELECTRICAL TEST TECHNICIAN

The ideal Electrical Test Technician will work with team members to test and verify product meets desired operational requirements. Including, but not limited to:

• Maintaining a safe work environment in the lab area
• Execution of routine lab tests
• Compilation, review, dissemination of tests results to required parties
• Maintaining documentation, lab equipment, test protocols
• Execution of Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT)
• Occasional on-sight service for products requiring technical prowess (minimal travel)
• Help and training of test personnel for product conformance testing
• Safely operate equipment
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe work environment
• Have good organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Effective time management
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours including overtime with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with a team and by yourself
• Convey a positive image of the company in all actions and behaviors
• Take initiative and accept responsibility for job assignments/duties
• Have regular and reliable attendance as well as punctuality

• Electrical technical degree or training certification. 3 years experience in field using equipment to test and troubleshoot
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and make corrective measures if needed
• Training in PLC design / programming / testing / troubleshooting a plus but not required
• This is a starting position and training in all aspects will be provided
• Training will include all aspects of lab operation, factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, and knowledge of reading and interpret drawings, schematics, and electrical code specifications
• Candidate shall have no travel restrictions outside of the U.S.
• Travel 5-10% of the time
