COILS TECHNICAL LEAD

The ideal Coil Winding Tech Lead Team Member will be a self-motivated individual who can perform all duties related to coil wrapping, including, but not limited to:

• Inspecting coils to ensure there are no defects
• Wrapping coils according to the data sheet
• Bending and taping coils
• Welding leads on as needed
• Safely operate equipment
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe work environment
• Have good organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Effective time management
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours including overtime with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with a team and by yourself
• Convey a positive image of the company in all actions and behaviors
• Take initiative and accept responsibility for job assignments/duties
• Have regular and reliable attendance as well as punctuality

• Ability to read, write, speak English, add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. while using safe lifting techniques
• Ability to occasionally manually handle material
• Ability to occasionally use technology to access internal systems
