COILS

The ideal Coil Winding Department Team Member will be a team oriented, self-motivated individual that performs all duties required in the department, including but not limited to:

• Safely operate equipment
• Read prints/data sheets
• Wrap coils while inspecting product for any defects
• Use coil equipment as well as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
• Make the necessary welds using a torch and welding pliers
• Open and willing to receive coaching and direction from those training them
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe work environment
• Have good organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Effective time management
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours including overtime with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with a team and by yourself
• Convey a positive image of the company in all actions and behaviors
• Take initiative and accept responsibility for job assignments/duties
• Have regular and reliable attendance as well as punctuality

• Ability to read, write, speak English, add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. while using safe lifting techniques
• Ability to occasionally manually handle material
• Ability to occasionally use technology to access internal systems
