That’s Lovely, But What’s The Job?


As SiteLock’s Office Manager you would be responsible for maintaining the organization and physical upkeep and environment of the office. You will be tasked with coordinating employee events, ordering supplies, etc. On a regular basis, you will be maintaining the shared spaces (kitchen, conference rooms, etc) as well as ensuring the supply closet is stocked and organized up to date. You will also be in charge of coordinating new hire first day set up for all new employees. 


The Nitty Gritty...


  • Maintain the organization and physical environment of the office 

  • Coordinate and execute employee events (order food, set up, breakdown of events) 

  • Maintain shared spaces (breakrooms, lunchroom, conference rooms) 

  • Order supplies and stock supply room 

  • Coordinate new hire first-day equipment/set up 

  • Provide administrative support as necessary 


What Are We Looking For?


  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role 

  • Exceptional attention to detail 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritize 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Strong problem-solving skills 

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 

  • Self-starter and driven
