Job Title:                CRM & Customer Loyalty Coordinator

Department:           Marketing

FLSA Status:         Exempt / Full-time

Location:               Los Angeles, CA    

 

Job Summary: 

Reporting to our Director, CRM & Customer Loyalty, the CRM & Customer Loyalty Coordinator will be responsible for managing development of email and SMS marketing campaigns as well as the coordination of our CRM and Loyalty programs.

 

The ideal candidate should be passionate about our games and have the ability to conceptualize, design, build and analyze our email marketing campaigns to support the needs of our Product Marketing and Retail teams. Candidate will also assist in managing projects for our Loyalty Program.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Project management of campaign development and deployment for the North American and European markets. 
  • Coordinate with brand and product marketing teams to manage our campaign calendar and delivery of assets.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing (data and creative) to optimize campaign performance and develop a shared knowledgebase of learnings. 
  • Develop weekly performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, related field, or comparable level of experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of email marketing or marketing design experience.
  • Knowledge of best practices for email creative and templates.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and basic HTML.
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement AB testing strategies.
  • Strong communicator (oral and written).
  • Solid planning and organization skills while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with teams across our Western division for implementation of marketing ideas.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking when it comes to marketing and problem solving.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and CCPA data privacy laws.
  • Expertise in developing and executing email marketing strategies across multiple business units.
  • Understanding of customer targeting and segmentation.
  • Ability to build customer journeys to reduce churn and increase engagement and retention.
  • Understanding of Loyalty Program strategies to drive traffic and revenue to retail channels.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and develop actionable insights.

Key Deliverables:

  • CRM Performance Goals: Channel KPIs, Revenue, Retention/Churn rates.
  • CRM Campaign Execution: Project manages the development and execution of campaigns from marketing partners as well as homegrown central digital efforts.

Key Stakeholders: Product Marketing Teams, Brand Marketing Teams, Director, Online Development, Director, Analytics and Insights

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and InDesign) and SQL a plus. 
  • Familiarity with the Square Enix brand and its target audiences.
