INVENTORY CONTROL / CYCLE COUNTER

The ideal Cycle Counter employee will be responsible for counting inventory, fixing and preventing errors, working with others to create solutions to improve inventory accuracy, and also including but not limited to;

• Executes daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper cycle counting and processing of material
• Reporting and investigating inventory errors
• Locates items that may have incorrect locations or stock numbers to assist order processors
• Assist the Warehouse, Production, Engineering and Purchasing in locating materials
• Operates forklift as needed
• Inspect labels and barcodes
• Performs additional related duties as assigned

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Thorough understanding of inventory policies and procedures
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• An ability to work independently to successful project completion
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Global Shop Solutions is a plus
