We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and serving as their primary point of contact for any inquiries or concerns.
YOU'RE GOING TO
• Perform inside sales outreach and make cold calls to potential clients;
• Handle broker questions/requests;
• Do data entry - input broker loan information;
• Manage broker refinance, purchase, or investment inquiries;
• Generate interest in refinance, purchase, or investment opportunities;
• Follow-up with brokers.
IT'S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU HAVE
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry will be advanced.
