Summary

The Global Brand Marketing Coordinator (Player Brands) supports Asmodees global brand marketing efforts across all levels.

 

Essential Functions

  • Contribute to the successful execution of all brand marketing initiatives by working with various teams to expedite plans, asset creation and management, communications, and the creation of brand guidelines and documents.
  • Develop a full understanding of Asmodee products and their target consumers.
  • Update reports measuring the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Work directly with distribution teams and studio marketing to share assets, completed materials, and plans.
  • Attend trade events as necessary.
  • Ensure all work submitted adheres to the highest standards.
  • Act as an Asmodee Group brand guidelines subject-matter expert and advise peers on effective usage of same.
  • Ensure teams brand marketing objectives are met through effective communication and teamwork.

 

 

Education/Experience

  • Associate degree or commensurate experience in the fields of Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Social Media.
  • Some experience in Community Management preferred.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience managing brand communications preferred.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven strategic planning skills and the ability to write effective marketing copy.
  • Able to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and frequent high-peak times.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be trustworthy with highly confidential materials.
