Developmental Pathways has an opportunity for a Community Engagement Operations Specialist who will provide professional-level billing and operations support to the Community Engagement Department. The Community Engagement Operations Specialist will also develop and maintain systems of organization, distribution, and communication, provide leadership and mentoring to internal and external customers, and will problem-solve with staff and managers. This is a 40-hour week, hybrid position, working remotely and coming into our headquarters office in Aurora, CO, and/or off-site locations, as needed.  
Additional Responsibilities
  • Review invoices, complete credit card payments, and weekly financial payments  
  • Review and approve local programming funding requests up to a specified dollar amount 
  • Provide technical assistance to internal and external entities regarding local programming funding requests and payment updates
  • Collect invoices, EFT, and W-9 for payments
  • Identify trends and areas of concern and aides in the development of the processes for resolution
  • Assist in schedule preparation for the annual audit 
  • Create and maintain systems for tracking various functions, reports out appropriately, and ensure data integrity and timely entry of data
  • Monitor and assure that financial tracking is maintained according to agency standard
  • Prepare financial documents and reports according to department requirements
  • Track and distribute requested records and other information as appropriate
Starting Salary and Benefits

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have demonstrated exemplary performance, including demonstrating initiative within the department on projects, demonstrating leadership skills, adapting to change, and advanced problem-solving skills
  • Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work 
  • Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of adequate motor vehicle insurance
  • Meet and maintain agency driving requirements
  • Associates Degree in business equivalent education and experience
  • Three (3) years’ experience working in administrative support roles
  • Experience in human services or nonprofit field
