We are a fast growing supplier of restaurant equipment and supplies to your favorite restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are looking for a motivated, results driven, and friendly Account Manager to be responsible for customer service and inside sales activities. Success in this position means consistently achieving monthly goals, exceeding customer expectations and raising the company standards. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting and productive relationships with customers through excellent service
  • Proactively call on assigned accounts to fulfill customers' product needs
  • Process customer orders accurately, in a courteous, efficient and timely manner
  • Coordinate deliveries with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timeliness
  • Address all customer questions, complaints and inquiries
  • Provide price quotations and samples to new and existing customers
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, features and benefits
  • Go the extra mile to grow existing accounts and drive sales
  • Actively find and develop new accounts
