POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the quality testing of incoming materials, bulk, and finished goods in order to ensure that all C-Care customer specifications are adhered to.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 2:00PM - 10:30PM

• Test incoming materials against specifications in a detail oriented and timely manner.
• Record results following GMP principles of good record keeping.
• Communicate issues or work in progress to the incoming shift and supervisor.
• Standardize lab equipment as needed (pH meter, spectrophotometer).
• Maintain clean and organized workspace, including glassware, utensils, equipment.
• Complete training on all essential SOPs, test methods, and work instructions. 
• Replenish reagents as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime and switch shifts as needed.

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Chemistry or related field of study is preferred. High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of experience working in a lab environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. 
• Good organizational and team skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Problem solving skills/analytical troubleshooting. 
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Knowledge of good documentation practices.
• Flexibility with schedule and ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
