Summary of Position

The Production Admin is responsible for supporting the logistics and managing operations for the production team. Works on expense reporting, budgeting, invoicing and paying vendors. Is the front door for event requests for the production team.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Personal integrity and evidence of ongoing spiritual health and growth, as required of all church employees (church attendance and involvement, small group membership, tithing, etc)

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both with staff and outside organizations.

  • Organized, good time management skills.

  • Ability to manage a budget.

  • Ability to multi-task numerous projects with clarity, flexibility and focus.

  • Proficiency with Google Apps and Calendar.

  • A member of The Summit Church or willing & able to become a member.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Production team administrative lead.

    • Managing expenses for projects, buildings, campus launches, and annual budget reporting

    • Submitting invoices for payments

    • Helping with budget and staying on track

  • Receive and distribute requests for production support for internal and external events

    • Coordinating with the appropriate campus staff production members to cover needs

    • Submit payment requests for volunteers working special events

  • Assist with major church-wide events during seasons where there is additional bandwidth

  • Any and all other tasks necessary to accomplish the vision and mission of the Summit Church as assigned by the supervisor
