Description

Summary of Position

The HR Associate is responsible for supporting the HR department through administrative tasks in the areas of logistics, reporting, HR compliance, and on-boarding/off-boarding.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2+ years administrative experience

  • Strong attention to detail and task oriented

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Proficient in Google Suite

  • Experience with Asana, Slack, Zoom and HRIS systems preferred

  • Experience coordinating logistics for events/large scale meetings

  • A member of The Summit Church or willing & able to become a member

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Generate monthly reports related but not limited to compliance (background checks, ACA), staff anniversaries, HR Dashboard

  • Provide logistical support for New Hire Orientation, including communication, catering, printing documents, setup and cleanup room

  • Performance Reviews

    • Run report for monthly performance reviews 

    • Send review email to staff and supervisor

    • Assign reviews in Paycom

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding communication

  • Print anniversary letters, order and pick up anniversary rings

  • Create monthly staff transition document, include key stakeholders, have edited 

  • Run regular audits for data accuracy in HRIS system, Rock, Job Description database

  • Working Genius maintenance

  • Print name tags and name plates for Summit offices and new hires

  • Assist with additional HR Trainings such as Supervisor Trainings

  • Complete administrative tasks as directed by the HR Director including but not limited to maintaining the completeness and accuracy of all HR data
