Job purpose

Working as part of a team and utilizing resources to add value to clients, Research and Development (“R&D”) Tax Credit Staff employees work to help clients reduce their tax liability via the R&D Tax Credit.



  • Consult with clients on whether they qualify for the Research and Development Tax Credit
  • Help organize, build, and streamline the R&D Tax Credit practice (with no prior experience needed)
  • Customize client deliverable templates to specific clients and projects
  • Conduct limited research regarding legislative updates (with no prior experience needed)
  • Organize and assist with preparing R&D tax credit training materials
  • Write technical memorandums (with no experience needed)
  • Attend client site visits


Qualifications include:

  • Undergraduate degree required, Master’s or J.D. preferred
  • Basic knowledge of tax law, statutory interpretation and tax credits
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
  • Proven time management, organizational and prioritization skills­­­­­­
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple engagements simultaneously
