JOB TITLE: Human Resources Supervisor

REPORTS TO: Human Resources Manager

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources


SALARY RANGE: $45,000-$47,000


JOB SUMMARY: Oversee and assist in all areas of operation in the Human Resources Office.



  • Pre-screen applicants and set up departmental interviews.
  • Participate in all on-boarding aspects of Human Resources employees including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Assist with Payroll.
  • Counsel employees from other departments on grooming standards and policy violations.
  • Assist with employee investigations.
  • Some duties include filing, answering phones, copying, faxing, data entry, and other clerical duties.
  • Make badges, issue uniforms, and maintain uniform inventory.
  • Assist with navigating employees through the on-boarding process ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
  • Plan and assist at employee events.
  • Responsible for auditing time records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform spot checks within the park to recognize exemplary Employee performance.
  • Coordinate and assist with seasonal recruiting including international recruiting.
  • Maintain department schedule based on weekly budget.
  • Complete employment verifications and unemployment claims.
  • Assist with Human Resources team member development and training.
  • Lead the ticket/trade barter program for incentives.
  • Proficient at social media as a tool for recruiting and communication.
  • Supervises seasonal Human Resources staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess oral and written English skills and be able to communicate with Guests and fellow Employees effectively. 
  • Must have exceptional customer service skill and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to speak comfortably in front of large groups if needed or required to conduct orientation and training.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous front office experience is helpful. 
  • Must be able to work holidays and weekends and occasional evenings.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality standards.
  • Must be able to work alone and unsupervised at times.
  • Must possess current driver license and transportation.
  • May be required to work in various weather conditions
